Zabelinskaja wins Thuringia International Women’s Cycling Race 2010

Sarah Duester (Cervélo Test Team) was awarded first place on the fifth stage of Thuringia International Women’s Cycling Race, Around Schmölln 114.7 km, after a jury decision to relegate Adrie Visser (HTC Columbia Women) to the third.
Hanka Kupfernagel (German National Team) sprinted for second.
The final stage, Around Zeulenroda 134.5 km, Iris Slappendel (Cervélo Test Team) was riding solo for the last 20km to win.
Trixi Worrack (Norris Cycling) and Andrea Bosman (Netherlands) sprinted for second and third. They just finished ahead of the chase group.
Olga Zabelinskaja (Safi-Pasta Zara) won overall, with 2 minutes 56 seconds lead ahead Edita Puchinskaite (Gauss Rdz Ormu – Colnago) and Noemi Cantele (HTC Columbia Women).
The best young rider was Lisa Brennauer (German National Team), and most active was Hanka Kupfernagel (German National team).
Mountain competition went to Irene van den Broek (Netherlands).
